Summer Road Safety Exmoor

We are working with our colleague from Devon and Cornwall in relation to Road Safety on Exmoor, especially focussing on drug/drink driving and speeding offences. This is an ongoing operation called Op Landlike. We are working with Licenced Premises, rural businesses and the wider community to encourage them to report any concerns they may have.

Road Safety event took place in Bampton involving officers from Devon & Cornwall and Avon & Somerset. The event was well received by all those spoken to about all aspects of Road Safety. Officers and horses from Mounted Section were also in the town and met residents of the local Nursing Home and School.
