Who has caused this damage?

We’re appealing for information over graffiti which has appeared in Yate. We’ve had reports of around a dozen pieces in the last two months. The tags are mainly ‘Jeos’ or ‘Jeos34’. They have appeared on walls and street furniture in and around Yate Shopping Centre.

We would like to identify and trace the man pictured below as part of our enquiries.
