Driver training

If you are a public or private sector organisation, you can book one of our courses at our headquarters in Portishead, or on your own premises.

Road Policing Skills

This course covers all aspects of roads policing – investigating serious collisions, drink driving, driving offences, construction and use, motorway procedures,  goods vehicles, tachographs, weight offences and Hazchem issues.
Duration: 3 weeks

Lead Investigators

This course covers all relevant legislation, policy and decision making, scene considerations, road closures, casualty, witness and offender management, vehicle recovery, forensics, media and post-incident investigations and strategies.
Duration: 7 days

Scene Managers

Similar to the above, however written as a secondary role to the Lead Investigator. This course covers similar subjects, but pays particular attention to the management of the scene, recording the essential details and producing written reports to evidence the integrity of each incident scene.
Duration: 5 days

Prohibitions

This course is designed to work alongside the Manual of Defects produced by the DVSA. It is a Level 2 course and covers vehicle definitions and classes of vehicles, an in depth look at construction and use, the relevant offences committed under road traffic law, PG9  procedures, and practical elements followed by a vehicle examination and final exam.
Duration: 5 days
