Coronavirus (COVID-19): the policing response and what you need to know

Poaching on Exmoor

The shooting of deer at night is illegal and naturally poses concerns about persons using firearms in the dark.

Whilst we continue to carry out patrols across Exmoor throughout the day and night we would encourage anyone to call 101  to report their concerns if you believe that someone is trespassing on land with firearms or dogs.

It is the time of year where cubbing starts.

If you see any activity contact us by emailing local beat team using the contact form on our beat page

PCSO 7317 Bryan Stevens is happy to be contacted by anyone who has any information or wishes to discuss any concerns about poaching in this area.
