Confirmation to attend a workshop

If you are eligible for attending a speed awareness workshop but have not received an invitation letter to attend within two weeks of replying to the Notice, contact our Speed Enforcement Unit.  A copy of the letter or course provider details can be emailed to you.  

The workshop must be attended within 120 days from the date of the alleged offence.

Fine and points

If you are eligible for the speed awareness workshop and have paid to attend a course, you do not have to pay the fixed penalty and you will not receive any penalty points.

Paid the fine and want to do the workshop

If you have paid the fine, you have accepted the fixed penalty and the course is no longer available to you.

Paid for a workshop but not entitled to attend

If you pay for a workshop before your eligibility has been confirmed, you will need to contact our Speed Enforcement Unit to reactive the facility to pay the fixed penalty online.

Paying for the workshop in instalments

It is not possible to pay in instalments under any circumstances.
