Witness appeal after indecent exposure incident in Minehead

Marked police car and the words 'can you help'

An investigation is ongoing following an act of public indecency in Minehead last week.

We have received a report of an unknown male exposing himself in the Bircham Road area of town at about 4.15pm on Monday 22 November.

He is described as mixed race, about 5ft 7ins tall, slim and had short black hair. He did not have any facial hair and was thought to be in his late-20s or early-30s. He was wearing a black leather jacket, black top, black jeans and black boots.

The neighbourhood team is aware of the incident and will be conducting extra high-visibility reassurance patrols.

We’re keen to hear from any witnesses, people who may have footage showing the area that day, or other victims who may have experienced something similar in Minehead and not reported it to the police.

Anyone who can help our enquiries should call 101 and give reference number 5221276791.
