Witnesses sought after collision between car and motorbike in Taunton

We’re appealing for witnesses and dashcam footage after a road traffic collision in Taunton.

The incident happened at the junction of Wordsworth Drive and Hamilton Road at approximately 4.05pm yesterday, Tuesday, 13 August.

A Ford KA turning right from Wordsworth Drive onto Hamilton Road collided with a Honda motorcycle.

The motorcyclist, aged in his 40s, continues to receive treatment for a serious leg injury after going to Southmead Hospital by air ambulance. The car driver was unhurt.
