Yeovil man charged with series of burglaries

A 47 year old man from Yeovil has been charged with burglary.

Darren Berry of no fixed address in Yeovil, has been charged with three counts of dwelling burglary.

Mr Berry was arrested yesterday (Thursday 18 July) in relation to a number of incidents in Somerset in which three homes were burgled; on Main Street in Walton, Street, Martock Road in Long Load, Langport, and Middle Street in Misterton, Crewkerne.

He remains remanded in custody and is due at Yeovil Magistrates Court today.
