Use this form to register your interest in attending a public misconduct hearing at least one working day before the hearing.
If more people wish to attend than we can accommodate, we will give priority to complainants and interested parties.
You must read and agree to the standard conditions of entry to misconduct hearings detailed in the form before you can submit your interest.
As a result of the pandemic and Government restrictions, some misconduct hearings may be run virtually using Microsoft Teams. In this instance the standard conditions of entry will not apply.
We will allocate spaces once we have established the details of the hearing.
